Dès le premier contact, il s’est montré réactif, professionnel et très à l’écoute. Il est arrivé à l’heure convenue, bien équipé, et a tout de suite diagnostiqué les problèmes avec précision. Son travail est d’une qualité irréprochable : mes toilettes fonctionnent parfaitement et mon chauffe-eau est comme neuf ! En plus d’être extrêmement compétent, il a pris le temps de m’expliquer les réparations effectuées, tout en me donnant des conseils pour éviter les problèmes à l’avenir. Le tarif était totalement transparent et raisonnable pour la qualité du service rendu. Je recommande vivement ce plombier à 100 % : efficace, sérieux et sympathique ! Bonjour , on a fait poser des wc et un sèche serviette par la société RPL et franchement rien à dire 👍service au top le monsieur professionnel et il a su répondre à nos questions en plus travail propre et au passage un service courtois de sa secrétaire qui est d’une gentillesse et politesse qui se fait rare dans nos jours 👍 Sans regrets d’avoir eu recours à leur service 👍👍
Hello, We had a toilet and a towel dryer installed by RPL and honestly, nothing to complain about. 👍Top-notch service, the gentleman was professional and he was able to answer our questions. The work was also clean and, by the way, courteous service from his secretary, who is kind and polite, which is rare these days. 👍 No regrets about using their service. 👍👍
